The Qube Restaurant is an award-winning, family-run restaurant in the prime location of Tenby Square. Enthusiastically lead by owner, Matthew Ronowitz and long-standing manager, Gill Nicholls, The Qube is a local favourite.
Matt and Gill have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most importantly, they understand the benefit of working closely with their staff to ensure quality and attention to detail. For this reason, they train their chefs personally to ensure flavoursome, well-presented dishes. In addition, all new wait staff are put through a training programme, ensuring excellent service every time.
The menus are ever-changing, varied, and much of the produce is sourced locally. The chefs find an impressive balance between wow-factor presentation, and comfortable portion sizes, appealing to customers across the board.
The Qube prides itself on providing whatever restaurant experience you require. Boasting cocktails, liqueur coffees, desserts, children’s menus and a vast array of food choices, they cater for all.
Not only excellent quality meals, but also an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. After undergoing a refurbishment in 2016, The Qube feels smart, stylish and sets the perfect backdrop for first-class food.
Finally, the jewel in the Qube’s crown is their latest venture. Recently unveiled, ‘The Cellar‘ is their cosy, subterranean cocktail bar. The decor is exotic and on-trend with the moody, candlelit feel of a traditional speakeasy.
The restaurant previously known as ‘Blueberries’ went up for sale. With a prime location in Tenby Square, Matthew Ronowitz jumped at the opportunity and ‘The Qube’ was born.
Tenby Hog Roasts and Qube Catering
Following the success of the restaurant, Matthew and wife Claire set up ‘Tenby Hog Roasts’. This marked the beginning of ‘Qube Catering’.
A Fresh New Face
Despite the restaurant’s undeniable success, Matthew decided to move with the times. Consequently, The Qube underwent a complete refurbishment and became even more popular.

Qube Group opened 'The Cove'
Matthew’s younger brother Elliot joined the business and opened ‘The Cove‘ as part of Qube Group.
Best Restaurant in South West Wales Award-Winners
Winners of ‘Best Restaurant in South West Wales’ at the presitigious Food Awards Wales.
Most recently, Qube Group unveiled their new, subterranean cocktail bar, ‘Cellar‘. As well as offering a certain exclusivity, it also brings a breath of fresh air to Tenby’s bar scene.
